Training presentations for the regulator of the electricity and gas market in Bucharest, Kiev and Ankara

In 2008 and 2009, presentations for those employed by the official regulators of electricity and gas in Romania, the Ukraine and Turkey were provided by Jan-Peter Heida. Jan-Peter Heida. These were by way of a training course offered to the regulators’ staff and a seminar organized by key players in the electricity and gas sectors. Other speakers included Rudi Hakvoort, consultant and partner at d-cision, and Jacques de Jong energy expert from the think tank for foreign policy at Clingendael. These presentations address the regulation of gas and electricity networks in the context of European regulation.
