Roderik is educated as an economist (PhD) and is keen to work on complex societal and organizational issues with a strong analytic element. He is eager to contribute to optimal decision making in industries with a strong societal impact.
Roderik graduated in International Economics and Economic Geography at Utrecht University and obtained his PhD at the same university. During his PhD he also worked at the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving) in the area of regional economics and housing markets.
Afterwards he worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants on several healthcare related topics before joining Atlas Research (Atlas voor Gemeenten). At Atlas he worked as senior researcher and projectleader on numerous research projects on housing markets, regional economics, culture and creative industries and healthcare and welfare.
