Marloes Coolen

Marloes is enthusiastic about complex and varied issues in healthcare. She enjoys applying her technical background and analytical skills to contribute to solutions with social impact. She always seeks the connection between data, strategy and collaboration.
After her bachelor's degree in Biomedical Technology, Marloes opted for the clinically oriented master's degree in Medical Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology. There she became acquainted with the dynamics and complexity of healthcare systems. At the same time, she worked as a consultant at Young Advisory Group between 2021 and 2023, a student consultancy firm coached by consultants from BCG, McKinsey & Company and Roland Berger, among others. She discovered her enthousiasm for strategic advice and collaboration in a dynamic environment, but missed the connection with healthcare. She found this at SiRM, where she has been working with great dedication on projects that contribute to future-proof healthcare since May 2025. She uses her passion for data to arrive at substantiated insights and impactful solutions.
