Pascalle Fijnvandraat

Pascalle thrives on collaborating in challenging projects that have a significant societal impact. She enjoys combining her analytical background with her interest in strategic issues to address complex healthcare challenges. 

During her Bachelor’s in Econometrics and Operations Research at the Vrije Universiteit, Pascalle participated in the Honours Programme. The course ‘Wicked Challenges in Health’ introduced her to a healthcare project, which sparked her enthusiasm for the sector’s complex issues and its societal importance. After graduating cum laude, Pascalle pursued the corresponding Master’s degree, specializing in Data Science. While writing her Master’s thesis for the Red Cross, her ambition to use her analytical skills to create a positive societal impact grew stronger. In September 2025, she started as a consultant at SiRM, where she is dedicated to fulfilling this ambition.
