SiRM is a boutique consultancy firm. Our goal is better healthcare that remains accessible and affordable.
We are a relatively small consultancy firm with partners and directors as cooperating foremen. Working together in project teams with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and with various talents is the core of our success.
Healthcare is crucial. We all count on it being well organised. But organising healthcare is very complicated, partly because of the many interests and economic incentives. We know this complex field well and are eager to contribute to a better functioning healthcare system. We do this from a societal perspective, i.e. the citizen who sooner or later becomes or already is a patient, and who pays healthcare premiums. For the citizen/patient, quality, accessibility and affordability of healthcare count.
When formulating our advice, we always choose the social perspective as the starting point. With our tailored evidence-based advice, we enable managers and policymakers to determine a sustainable strategy or develop sustainable policy. In doing so, we are independent, whether we advise the government, healthcare providers, healthcare insurers, their national associations or others.
We are and remain a relatively small consultancy, with partners and directors as cooperating foreman. This is a deliberate choice because we prefer to work on strategic projects that have a real impact on the quality, accessibility and affordability of healthcare. Our limited size means that we can be critical in deciding which projects we accept and which we do not.
We are eager to learn, think independently, are impact driven and sense the culture of our clients. We form a close-knit and ambitious team with an informal and collegial working atmosphere. Working together in project teams with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and with various talents is the core of our success.
