We are a compact firm of 25 consultants, with partners who are closely involved in the day to day analyses and management. Collaboration in project teams with colleagues who bring diverse backgrounds and talents is at the heart of our success.
Our purpose and contribution
Healthcare and energy are of vital importance. We all rely on these systems being well organised. However, organising them is complex, not least due to the many interests involved and the economic incentives at play. SiRM has a deep understanding of this complex landscape and is committed to contributing to better-functioning systems.
We do so from a societal perspective: the citizen who pays insurance premiums and expects good, accessible healthcare when needed; and, in the energy sector, households and businesses that want to transition to sustainability while also valuing affordability and reliability. By consistently adopting this societal perspective in our advice, we remain independent — whether we advise government, industry associations, energy companies, healthcare organisations or others. Through this independent advice, we enable our clients to develop truly sustainable strategies and policies.
